This video shows some more of the Dead Islan’s weapons: Shock ristol/rifle Old Smoky mod (amazing!), Magic Wand, Barbed Wire, Heavy mod.

The heavy mod makes hammers etc stronger, the impact values are greater… which means, enemies are turned when you hit them, they are more likely to hit the ground or at least get disoriented.

Barbed Wire has the “bleeding” ability: A critical hit inflicts bleeding (by cutting a huge scratch into the enemy’s body), this inflicts additional damage for several seconds (and it looks mean ).

Magic Wand is a mod for big hammers like the sledge hammer. It gives additional electric damage, where the critical hit makes the enemies scream and dance around (watch the video, it’s cool!).

Old smoky mod is similar to Magic wand, but with a greater chance for a critical hit, more additional damage and it’s for cut weapons, like machete, sitchel etc.

Shock pistol (or shock rifle, shock shotgun) are again similar electric mods, but the cirtical chance is lower (which is compensated through the greater range and the higher rate of fire). All can be seen in the video beloooow:
